Following a handful of EPs, Vancouver ambient pop maestro Andrew Lee is set to release his debut album as Holy Hum this week. Ahead of its arrival on October 6, Exclaim! is proud to present the full LP today.

Recording of All of My Bodies was split between Lee's home studio and the Unknown, the Anacortes studio owned by Mount Eerie's Phil Elverum. The result is a release that sounds at once intimate and explosively loud.

Thematically, the album revolves around the passing of Lee's father. Here's a statement from Lee about the lyrics:

The new record is a collection of songs that were written shortly after my father passed away. I was making music for myself again and really had no one else to answer to. I was trying to write songs that had nothing to do with my father's death initially but it kept coming out and I really tried to suppress it. I eventually realized that I was going to have to get it out of my system in order to move on and put pen to paper.
