After a run with her band the Jealous Girlfriends, Holly Miranda returned to her solo career last year. Now, the singer-songwriter is looking to other artists for inspiration on a brand new covers EP.
Titled Party Trick, the six-song set is due out on May 13 through Dangerbird, and it hears the songstress putting her own spin on songs by Drake, Bon Iver, Morphine, Alphaville, Lhasa De Sela and Sparklehorse.
Her reworked rendition of Drake's "Hold On, We're Going Home" opens the record, and she's shared it as a preview of things to come.
