If you've been yearning for some quality live music of late, we've got just the fix with this week's Cant Miss Concerts, from February 5 to 11. Shred Kelly

British Columbia natives Shred Kelly are out on a month-long tour in support of their most recent release, Sing to the Night, and will be making stops in three provinces this week. The band's sound is a distinct form of punk-tinged folk, using banjos and synths in combination with raw hooky guitar riffs all at once to create a fun, upbeat atmosphere. Don't miss out when they drop by your hometown.

Grand Analog

Grand Analog are a hip-hop fusion band, blending jazz and rock with their energetic rhymes to give a tried and true formula a unique twist. Grand Analog are on the road this month and will be making stops all across Canada, so be sure to check them out when they're in a city near you.

Igloofest

If you're from Montreal and you're into electronic music, you know that there is no better way to warm up this week than by attending Igloofest and jumping around to bass heavy tunes from DJs all over the world. This weekend's highlights include acts like Dubfire and Luciano, so be sure to make it out to this weekend's event.

Stars/Hey Rosetta!

If you're a fan of upbeat indie-pop, this is the show for you. East Coast unit Hey Rosetta! and Stars are teaming up for a North American tour this month. Both bands released albums last year, so you can expect to be hearing newer tunes off of Second Sight and No One Is Lost, respectively. Catch them when they hit Quebec and Ontario this week.

Asaf Avidan

Over the next few months, internationally acclaimed folk-pop artist Asaf Avidan will be touring around the world, and making two Canadian stops. Avidan's live performances are impressive, as is his ability to work a crowd. Be sure to see him perform when he makes a stop in Montreal and Toronto.

Poemss

Canadian electronic outfit Poemss will be playing a show this week in Winnipeg that you won't want to miss. Last year, the duo consisting of Toronto-based producer Joanne Pollock and Aaron Funk (who has also made music under the moniker of Venetian Snares) released their self-titled debut, featuring rich, sample-heavy textures coupled with complex rhythms. The duo are bound to play more than a couple tracks from this release, so be sure to be at their show.

Morgan Delt

Recent Sub Pop signee Morgan Delt will pay a show in Vancouver this week, showcasing his brand of psychedelic pop, playing songs from his recently released self-titled debut. With fuzzy, cavernous guitar riffs and driving rhythms, Delt creates a unique dissonant atmosphere with his music. Be sure to check him out when he hits the West Coast this week.
