Though Metallica's latest album Hardwired...To Self-Destruct had some rip-roaring moments, the thrash metal vets haven't been afraid to show off their fun side following the record's release. Keeping the good times rolling in the name of the holiday season, drummer Lars Ulrich took it upon himself today (December 21) to read the heartwarming holiday tale of The Dinosaur That Pooped Christmas.
Ulrich appeared on BBC Radio 2 to give the reading of the 2014 holiday story, authored by Tom Fletcher and Dougie Poynter of English pop rockers McFly. A listing on Amazon describes the book as a "rip-ROARing romp of a Christmas story features a boy, one very hungry dinosaur and lots of POO!"
