Drake Drops Another Posthumous Collaboration with Aaliyah

BY Sarah MurphyPublished Dec 6, 2016

Drake and producer Noah "40" Shebib scrapped their posthumous Aaliyah album project after the late singer's mother didn't give it her blessing back in 2014, but that hasn't stopped Drizzy from paying homage to Aaliyah once again on More Life.

Following 2012's poorly received "Enough Said," a new track called "Talk Is Cheap" has leaked online, and it features vocals from Aaliyah and another prominent Timbaland collaborator — the late Static Major.

It's rumoured to appear on Drake's upcoming "playlist project" More Life, which the Toronto rapper has teased will arrive at some point this month.

While we wait for the full project to arrive, listen to Drake pay tribute to Aaliyah and Static Major in song form on "Talk Is Cheap" below.
