Hatebreed are gearing up to celebrate 20 years of third album The Rise of Brutality this October, and the metalcore heroes have put together an unbelievably heavy bill to mark the occasion on a North American anniversary tour.
This September, Hatebreed will team with Terror, Vein.fm and Jesus Piece for the 20 Years of Brutality tour, which kicks off in Canada with three shows over three nights.
The four bands will first visit Quebec City's Théâtre Capitole on September 3, ahead of venturing to L'Olympia in Montreal the following evening (September 4). The third and final Canadian show brings the crushing bill to Toronto's Danforth Music Hall on September 5.
"It's hard to believe that it's been 20 years since the release of The Rise of Brutality album," Hatebreed vocalist Jamey Jasta reflected in a statement. "These songs are always fun to play and we're looking forward to adding some of them to the set that we've previously either never or rarely played live."
Tickets for all dates go on sale on Friday, June 16 at 10 a.m. local time, with further details available via Hatebreed's official website.
Released in 2003, The Rise of Brutality earned Hatebreed a Grammy nomination, with single "Live for This" nominated for Best Metal Performance.
