Hardcore Band Plays California Denny's and Racks Up $1,800 in Damages
Yet another hardcore band has gone viral for playing — and subsequently trashing — a Denny's restaurant.
The latest incident of the viral trend occurred last Saturday (December 14) night in Santa Ana, CA.
The restaurant was reportedly booked for a birthday party, but management was not made aware that a concert would be taking place. Nevertheless, people crammed into the California diner and proceeded to start aggressively moshing, breaking tables and chandeliers in the process.
The band who performed, Wacko, have since taken to Instagram to ask anyone who "broke shit on purpose" to pay up to the kid who organized the show. They urged them and "any1 who has a heart for what this kid pulled off" to "donate some money to his ass."
The kid who arranged the show has since been identified as a 17-year-old named Bryson Del Valle, and he reportedly now owes the restaurant $1,800 USD. Wacko set up a GoFundMe page for the kid, though he has since started his own to recoup the total cost of damages.
Both pages have surpassed their fundraising goals at press time.
Denny's has finally released its own statement in reaction to the event.
"Denny's is a family-friendly restaurant and while we do have banquet space available at some restaurants, we do not allow events that can disrupt the dining experience of our guests," the chain said in a statement. "The manager was unaware a concert was planned, and the event organizers have been asked to pay for damages."

Tonight was absolutely incredible. I've never experience anything even close to what happened today.
