Hamilton's Supercrawl Reveals 2017 Lineup with Tanya Tagaq, John K. Samson, Sam Roberts Band

Supercrawl is set to take over downtown Hamilton for its ninth year later this summer, and organizers have just unveiled the lineup for the Ontario fest's 2017 edition.

Topping the bill this year are Blackie & the Rodeo Kings, Sam Roberts Band, John K. Samson and Tanya Tagaq. 

They'll be joined by (in alphabetical order) the Acorn, Art Pop Ensemble, Bill & the Art Crawlers, Jessie Bower, BROS, Basia Bulat, Dearly Beloved, Dan Edmonds, Family of Things, Groove Machine, Jordan Haller, Hamilton Children's Choir, Hamilton Philharmonic Orchestra, Hamilton Youth Steel Orchestra, Harrison, Harrow Fair, Hello Harvard, Holy Data, Jambassadors, Julie & the Wrong Guys, the Kents, Kroy, Letters to Lions, Lone Rhu, the Medicine Hat, Megative, Mother Tareka & the Rebel Funktion, Mountain of Wolves, Persons, Kelly Prescott, Poor Nameless Boy, Rarity, Reader, Ginger St. James, Andy Shauf, Skirt Check, Steve Strongman, the Vaudevillian, Voodoo Glow Skulls, White Cowbell Oklahoma, Thompson Wilson, and Donovan Woods.

Supercrawl is set to take place from September 8 to 10, with a press release noting that more headliners, supporting acts and ticketed shows in leading up to the fest will be announced this July.

The festival has already teamed up with the CFL's Hamilton Tiger-Cats to present Home Field, a ticketed concert taking place June 3 at Tim Hortons Field that will feature Billy Talent, Danko Jones, Teenage Head and Rules. Further Home Field ticketing information can be found here.
