Published Aug 28, 2013Hamilton, ON's free annual festival Supercrawl has already announced a heap of the performers who will be performing this year on September 13 and 14, but now the organizers have fleshed out the schedule with a few more announcements.
Most notably, Wintersleep have been confirmed as headliners of the festival's opening evening (September 13), joining a Friday night bill that already includes Young Galaxy, Doldrums, the Danks, Sensei, Cowlick and more.
What's more, the Saturday (September 14) has been expanded with the addition of a brand new Electronic Stage. The performers will be Egyptrixx, Ikonika, Nautiluss and Parking Exit.
Other Saturday performers include Passion Pit, Yo La Tengo, Thurston Moore's Chelsea Light Moving, Joel Plaskett Emergency, Fucked Up, Diamond Rings, PS I Love You, METZ, Said the Whale, Sandro Perri, Lee Harvey Osmond, Eight and a Half, the Pack A.D., Speedy Ortiz, the Dirty Nil, Circus Orange, WTCHS, and more.
Supercrawl is centred around James Street North, and there's also a stage at Pier 8. Check out the festival's website for more information about this year's event.
