Guns N' Roses to Be Explored in New BBC Documentary

Guns N' Roses are getting the band back together for some high-profile shows this year, but before you get to see them live, you'll be able to go behind the scenes with a new documentary.

Titled The Most Dangerous Band in the World: The Story of Guns N' Roses, the film is scheduled to air on BBC Four on February 5.

It was directed by Jon Brewer, who has previously profiled artists like Jimi Hendrix, B.B. King and Nat King Cole. The story follows the band from their early days on L.A.'s Sunset Strip to rocking stadiums around the world, and features previously unreleased interviews with past and current band members, managers and musical peers, as well as footage from fan and friend of the band, Marc Canter.

The band will play both Coachella weekends, which run from April 15 to 17 and April 22 to 24 in Indio, CA. Original lineup members Axl Rose, Slash and Duff McKagan are expected to be joined on stage with drummer Matt Sorum. Also, the band will play the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on April 8 and 9.

The band are also rumoured to be plotting a North American stadium tour later this year. Until details emerge, though, brush up on your G N' R knowledge next month from the comfort of your couch.
