Grouper

"Made of Air" (video)

Ahead of master soundscaper Grouper (a.k.a. Liz Harris) revealing to us all of her Ruins LP, the ambient artist has unveiled an elemental audio-visual sensory experiment supporting the set's "Made of Air."

The aural plane is filled with soothing drones sure to set off the serotonin-producing portion of your central nervous system. Just as pleasing in the 11-minute piece are accompanying visuals of tranquil running waters, slow-motion shots of blinking eyes and sight of bubbles passing through a set of fingers.

Take some time out of your day and let "Made of Air" temporarily take you to a better place.

Kranky puts Ruins in stores this Friday (October 31).
