Great Lake Swimmers just released their new album Uncertain Country at the end of last month. Eschewing all doubt, the atmospheric folk rock outfit are taking it on the road and playing shows from coast to coast before the year is out.
The dates kick off with a festival performance in Charlottetown on May 23 and a handful of other shows out East and in Quebec. They'll pick things back up this summer for a pair of concerts in various slices of Ontarian cottage country heaven — Haliburton and Picton — on August 11 and 18, respectively, ahead of going into full tour mode in the fall.
That run begins in Oshawa on September 13, with the band hitting other cities in Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia, wrapping up at London's Aeolian Hall on November 17.
Tickets go on sale Friday (May 12) at 10 a.m., with a Spotify presale taking place tomorrow (May 10).
