Gorelord Zombie Suicide Part: 666

Very cool Wurdulak-esque cover art prepares the listener for another romp through B-grade horror camp gore-grind schlock-core, which is pretty much what Gorelord deliver, ably and adeptly. But what's this, there's a very cool vibe creeping around here, one of genuine eeriness making you hide under the covers until the killer's gone/the album's over. But the main selling point is easily "Outback," a beautiful unplugged interlude (!) placed smack dab in the middle of all this to provide a moment of hair-raising suspense, some time to beg the owner of the stereo to just turn this scary shit off. And hey, I mean that in a good way. (Season of Mist)
