Gordon Lightfoot is returning with his new album SOLO, marking his first record of new material since 2004. Now the Canadian songwriting hero is giving us another glimpse of the LP with the newly shared "Why Not Give It a Try."
The track follows the previously shared "Oh So Sweet," and as a press release explains, "The new song features Lightfoot singing profound lyrics that touch on love, trying new things and remaining true to oneself."
To go along with "Why Not Give It a Try," we also have a lyric video, which you can watch below.
SOLO will arrive on March 20 via Warner Music. It marks Lightfoot's first album of new music since 2004's Harmony.
