Ultra-prolific Ontario musician Jon Lawless is at it again. The First Rate People member, who also records as Swim Good and performs with Mary Cassidy, just unveiled his latest track: a remix of Fitness Club Fiasco's song "Goldmine."
This version isn't too drastic a departure from the soaring electro-tinged pop sound of the original track, although Lawless strips away some of the climactic percussion in favour of bright synth stabs and he sings some vocals of his own towards the end.
