Goblins

Millennium

There seem to be an unlimited amount of bands named the Goblins, but this particular group hails from Chicago. Masked in black hoods, these guys play it strictly for laughs, with basic punk rock driving home their “light hearted” lyrics. The only songs that actually are funny are the somewhat funky ‘80s-ish “Riding On My Ninja,” and a rip-off of “Sweet Jane” all about getting wrecked at Chicago rock club The Empty Bottle. These guys are probably fun to see live, but on disc, it’s a limited experience to say the least.
