In case you didn't already know, people love to poke fun at Glenn Danzig. Whether dude is simply picking up some kitty litter, hulking out on photogs or getting bromantic, the Other Man In Black is always worth a good chuckle or two — not to mention a meme or three. So obviously when news emerged that the Misfit was selling his L.A. home, the jokes started to pour in.
Yes, Danzig's Los Feliz home is up for sale. The listing price for the real estate on 4544 Franklin Ave. is $1,199,000 USD (which by Canadian standards is quite the steal), and it includes four bedrooms and two bathrooms in its 2,168 sqft.
Here's the description from the official listing, as well as a photo of the place:
Located in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles. This 1907 Craftsman home is awaiting your imagination and creative talents. In the rear of the property is a 2 bd.+1ba. additional unit. Many original accents are still intact. Two story home with hardwood floors, leaded glass, and storage units. This is a property that should be returned to its glorious past. Property is to be sold "as is".
If you're still not sold on the picking up this piece of rock'n'roll real estate, may we remind you that the house actually boasted its very own MySpace page (memba those?). Courtesy of the vast Exclaim! archives, you can see a screenshot of the long-gone page above, where you can also witness what the internet used to look like.
Down below, you can see some of the reactions coming in about Danzig selling his house.
Danzig's house is for sale. Donald Trump is concerned about local milk people. It's going to be 104º in Portland, OR. Totally normal day.— Brian K. Diaz (@briankeithdiaz) August 3, 2017

I once walked past Danzig's house on the 4th of July.
He was washing his car.
I nodded "hey."
So did he.
Today I learned that Danzig's house is worth more than he is...— Matt Cole (@Mc_dj_mc) August 3, 2017
