California hardcore stalwarts the Ghost Inside have made their mark with a steady output that has included previous albums in 2008 and 2010, and now they're ready to release their third LP. Entitled Get What You Give, it's due out June 19 through Epitaph Records, and you can stream the entire thing at Exclaim.ca.
This is the band's first album for Epitaph, and it was produced by Jeremy McKinnon of A Day to Remember. The 11 songs consist of the band's usual introspective lyrics and pummelling hardcore arrangements.
Frontman Jonathan Vigil said in a statement, "Our new album is musically, lyrically and vocally our best album to date. After spending two years on the road following the release of our last album [Returners], we've developed a true sound for our band. We really pushed ourselves to the limits to create something we can honestly be proud of and to prove that in life, you're always going to Get What You Give."
