Ghost have reappeared with details of a new covers EP. The Swedish outfit will share Phantomime on May 18 via Loma Vista Recordings.

Phantomime finds Ghost reinterpreting the work of Television, Genesis, the Stranglers, Iron Maiden and Tina Turner. The five-track release follows the band's 2022 full-length Impera.

Arriving alongside Phantomime's announcement is Ghost's take on "Jesus He Knows Me," Genesis's 1991 skewering of televangelists. In an accompanying slightly NSFW video from director Alex Ross Perry, one of those televised holy men gets up to some unholy living.

Ghost have previously recorded covers of songs by ABBA, the Beatles, Depeche Mode, Eurythmics, Pet Shop Boys and more. In 2021, the band contributed to the massive covers undertaking of The Metallica Blacklist
