With the weekend in full gear, you might find yourself yearning to take in a new film. Pay a visit the Exclaim! Recently Reviewed motion section to get the goods on all the latest flicks.

With the adaptation of the British black comedy, Death at a Funeral, director Neil LaBute flips the characters' skin colour for this film about family secrets revealed at a funeral.

Bearing the Exclaim! seal of approval, noir thriller The Square, directed by Nash Edgerton, follows the story of a man whose life is turned upside down when his mistress finds a bag of money hidden within her house. After devising a plan to take the money and run away together, the duo is in for more misfortune than they bargained for.

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, directed by Niels Arden Oplev, pairs an investigative journalist with a hardcore punk chick who attempt to solve a disappearance from almost 40 years ago. Also, check out our review of Matthew Vaughn's superhero film Kick-Ass, based on the comic book of the same name.

Lastly, the Johnny Depp-narrated documentary, When You're Strange, directed by Tom DiCillo, is also out this weekend. Following the culture of legendary rock group, the Doors, the film tries to disentangle the myths that surround the band, and contains some never-before-seen footage.
