We at Exclaim! are here to pick you up and out of that Halloween candy coma with our weekly Click Hear roundup. Check out the best of the most recent music streams, downloads and videos now.

First up is the seemingly bizzaro Weezer cover of Toni Braxton's "Un-Break My Heart." The dramatic, irony-free take is part of rarities compilation Death to False Metal, which is out tomorrow (November 2). Also to be released tomorrow is the new digital four-track EP by Toronto, ON indie rockers Dinosaur Bones. Check out a free stream of "Birthright," the EP's title track.

UK rapper the Streets has released a video for "Trust Me." In the video, Mike Skinner smoothly raps about Alice in Wonderland, Massive Attack's "Karma Coma," blogs and sipping some Bacardi, all over a soul-sampling beat. And if the 35-minute version of Kanye West's "Runaway" was too long to hold your attention, then check out the official eight-minute, ballerina-filled version, complete with the phoenix lady.

Toronto, ON electro duo Crystal Castles have just released their Platinum Blonde cover, "Not in Love," which features none other than the Cure's Robert Smith, while Caribou's excellent Polaris Music Prize-nominated Swim has received the remix treatment, Swim Remixes, which you can stream now.

Finally, check out a free download of "Louder Than Ever" by southern California indie rockers Cold War Kids. The track is the first single from the band's upcoming third LP, Mine Is Yours, to be released January 25.
