The weekend has passed, but if you're not quite ready to return to the weekly grind, why not take a minute to check out some of the new media in Exclaim!'s Music/Video section? There, you can get caught up on all of the latest videos, tracks and album streams from the past week. Check out some of the highlights below.

First, you can take a listen to Luke Lalonde's new record entitled Rhythymnals before it drops tomorrow (October 30). The album is the debut solo offering from the Born Ruffians frontman, who spent the past two years compiling tracks for the album.

Next, rapper Big Sean has leaked the new track "She," which features Common and a soulful beat from No I.D., as well as "Guap." Both tracks are set to appear on his upcoming record, titled Hall of Fame: Memoirs of a Detroit Player.

Also, Meek Mill has released the "Intro" track to his Dreams and Nightmares LP, which is set to be released tomorrow (October 30). And Indian Handcrafts have made their new album, Civil Disobedience for Losers, available to stream on Exclaim.ca.

As for new videos, Major Lazer's new clip for the song "Jah No Partial," featuring guest work from Flux Pavilion, depicts the project's gun-armed mascot being assembled in a sort of space factory. Lastly, Edmonton-based folk rock band Wool on Wolves have dropped a shadowy, black and white video for their song "Midnight Avenue."
