We're all in a fairly fragile state on a Monday, so do yourself a favour and shake the sadness with all the best song and video releases of the past week. Don't forget to head over to our Music/Video section to keep up to date, and check out some our recent highlights below.

First up, heavy-minded Winnipeg trio KEN Mode gave us a little preview of what to expect on their upcoming Entrench LP with their track "The Terror Pulse." The album isn't due out until March 19, but the new song should make the wait a little easier.

Next up, we have the latest album from Two Hours Traffic, Foolish Blood, which you can now stream in its entirety on Exclaim.ca. And after a 30-second teaser of the Strokes' new single "All the Time," we finally got our hands on the whole thing. The song will appear on their upcoming album, Comedown Machine, to be released on March 26.

At the end of last year, Vancouver rapper Kyprios brought us his Lap Dog EP, and now he's delivered a clip for the soul-tinged title track featuring Kyprios and actor Kevin Durand (Lost, The Butterfly Effect) as brothers.

Finally, Toronto dark-R&B wunderkind the Weeknd released a new video for "Twenty Eight," from his 2012 compilation Trilogy. The clip features an old man, topless models, and — why not? — a ghost.
