"The New International Sound Pt. II" is a dramatic anthem, with a big, booming mid-tempo beat and cinematic synths that set the urgent backdrop for M.I.A.'s robotized singing. But even with all of the processing and Auto-Tune, M.I.A. still retains her signature style.
