Gary Numan Looks Back with 'Machine Music' DVD

BY Alex HudsonPublished Feb 8, 2012

Gary Numan's career stretches back more than 30 years, as he first began carving out his game-changing synth pop sound with Tubeway Army in the late '70s. Soon, the songwriter will be taking a look back on some of the highlights of his celebrated career with a retrospective DVD called Machine Music: The Best of Gary Numan.

The DVD will arrive in stores on June 11 in the UK, although there's no word as to exactly when or if it will get a North American release. He will be selling copies on tour before then, but once again, this will be in the UK and Ireland.

An announcement on his website [via Slicing Up Eyeballs] notes that the DVD will include music videos and TV appearances. These will span from his early works to more recent cuts from Dead Son Rising and his Battles collaboration.
