Garth Brooks' New Single Will Arrive in a Bag of Chips

More often than not, the only things waiting for us at the bottom of a chip bag are feelings of self-loathing and shame. For American country fans, however, they'll get slightly more with the arrival of a new Garth Brooks single.

According to a press release, Brooks has partnered with Frito-Lay Corn Chips to deliver his new tune. Folks that purchase a bag of the crunchy snack will receive a code that allows them to download Brooks' latest single for free.

The song is called "Baby, Let's Lay Down and Dance" so we're guessing it's about intercourse. You might want to wash the chip remnants from your hands before you get down to business.

"You don't get any bigger or better than Garth Brooks, and we're completely honored to help give fans a fun way to discover his newest work," said Christina Clarke, senior director of marketing, Frito-Lay North America. "Fritos has been an American icon satisfying fans for more than 80 years, so it's only fitting that we'd be teaming up with a legendary icon like Garth Brooks for an unprecedented offer like this."

Of course, we're left with more questions than answers about Brooks' ongoing chip partnership. Will he release a new song from his brooding Chris Gaines alter-ego via some black Doritos? Will he appease Canadian fans by doing a promotion with our national snack, Hawkins Cheezies? Time will only tell.
