Published Mar 18, 2013Manchester-based Canadian ex-pat Gabriel Minnikin dropped his Parakeets with Parasols LP last year, and he'll be coming back to the mother country this spring to support his latest country-flecked set.
The solo artist comes back to Canada in April and kicks his mini-trip off at Toronto's Tanzac, ultimately heading to Fredericton for the tour closer on May 3. You can get the details on the rest of the trip down below.
A press release describes Parakeets with Parasols as "an album of epic musical richness" that homes in on lush orchestra instrumentation and lyrics that "cast us into a world of both the light promise of fulfilled hope, and the shadow of scattered and ungraspable dreams."
