Future Announces 'Honest' LP

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Aug 7, 2013

Heavily AutoTuned rapper Future has been capping nearly all his tweets of late with the hashtag "Honest," and has now unveiled plans to deliver an album of the same.

Official plans for the LP, which previously had the tentative title of Future Hendrix, were unveiled by Future today (August 7), and it will apparently be issued November 26. While many of the details behind Honest have yet to be delivered, Future did let loose what appears to be the album cover over Instagram, as well as a photo of himself and Pharrell Williams working in the studio.

Additionally, the title track is due to drop at midnight via Ustream. The single was apparently produced by Metro Boomin and DJ Spinz.

"Honest is the new me. It represents the truth I try to bring to my music," Future said in a statement. "I plan to break the mould with this album so that it will be nothing like you've heard from me or any other artist out. You can either tell the truth of face the Future."

The final quarter of 2013 is set to be a big one for Future, as on top of issuing an LP, he'll be touring North America with Drake and Miguel. You can check the dates over here.

UPDATE: As promised, you can listen to "Honest" below.
