Toronto hardcore heroes Fucked Up may not have released an album since 2014's Glass Boys, but they've been keeping plenty busy. Following their recent surprise EP, they've now made a new hockey anthem with the Montreal Canadiens.
The song is called "Stick and Punk," and its a peppy punk song built on a power-pop guitar lead and Damian Abraham's snarling "na na na's." Hell, this might be our new favourite hockey song now that "Rock n' Roll Part 2" is off limits.
The track's accompanying video sees the band soundtrack a hockey practice from the sidelines. While the players play, the game is refereed by former Canadiens legend Guy Carbonneau.
