Frightened Rabbit Return with 'Painting of a Panic Attack' LP, Share "Death Dream"

BY Sarah MurphyPublished Feb 19, 2016

Scottish indie rockers Frightened Rabbit followed up their 2013 LP Pedestrian Verse with an EP titled Late March, Death March that same year, but now the band are ready to reveal a brand new full-length. Painting of a Panic Attack will arrive on April 8 via Canvasback/Atlantic.

The new record was produced by Aaron Dessner of the National and recorded at Dessner's studio in Brooklyn. You'll find the tracklisting outlined below, while the album artwork is pictured above.

Beyond the tracklisting, you can hear the album opener and lead single "Death Dream." It starts off with sparse, sedated piano chords and haunting vocals before gradually swelling into a full-on indie rock ballad. As the song's name might imply, though, it's not a particularly cheery number. It's also the track from which the album takes its name. Hear it below.

2. Get Out
