Friends of Foes Announce Western Canadian Tour, Premiere New Video

BY Sarah MurphyPublished Jun 1, 2015

Saskatchewan's Friends of Foes are gearing up to unveil the follow-up to 2013's Chronophobic full-length, with the recording of a new EP almost wrapped. And while we won't be seeing the new release until February, the band will be taking their indie-folk sound on the road for a new string of tour dates across Western Canada this summer.

Following a slot at Sasktoon's MOSOfest in June, the tour will kick off with a hometown show on July 31 in Saskatoon. Stops across Alberta will get the band to British Columbia, where they'll play in Revelstoke, Vancouver, Kelowna and Kamloops, before heading back towards home with a couple more Alberta shows. The whole thing wraps up on August 8 at Fratter's Speakeasy in Red Deer, AB.

In addition to the tour dates, the band have shared a new video for Chronophobic track "Youth." It features live footage of the band performing the song at the Capitol in Saskatoon, and you can scroll past the upcoming shows to give it a watch.
