Freddie Gibbs Teases 'Bandana' Album with Madlib

Having delivered both the solo Freddie and collaborative Fetti last year, Freddie Gibbs is now teeing up his long-awaited Bandana album alongside Madlib.

On social media, Gibbs shared a short clip of Madlib's animated alter ego Quasimoto riding a zebra, the latter recalling the artwork of the duo's celebrated 2014 LP Piñata.

The animated short finds the two smoking cigarettes while watching the sun set, soundtracked by Madlib's inimitable production. You can find it below.

Last July, Gibbs confirmed that Bandana had been completed. Though a concrete release date has yet to be set, the album is expected to arrive this year.

In 2017, Gibbs was known to occasionally tease the new material on social media, in posts you can find archived below.
