After eight years together, Los Angeles hardcore band Rotting Out called it quits last year. It looks like bassist Walter Delgado has kept busy with other endeavours, however, as he was just arrested for alleged drug-trafficking.
As FOX reports [via Lambgoat], state troopers in Ohio pulled over a van for following too closely on the interstate earlier today (March 24). Their drug-sniffing dogs discovered a large stash of drugs and cash.
Specifically, the van was carrying 70 pounds of marijuana and 1,000 jars of hash oil. The street value of the drugs was predicted to be approximately $350,000 USD. Further, the van was carrying $7,569 in cash.
Delgado wasn't the only musician in the vehicle. Anthony Jochum, guitarist for the Cleveland straight edge band Search Bloc, was in the passenger seat.
Both men were arrested and charged with trafficking marijuana and possession of criminal tools.
