Foals and Holy Fuck Cover Each Other For Split Single

Like Foals so often do, they have again leaked some new goings-on via their busy MySpace blog. To be specific, the UK outfit have "announced” they are releasing a split twelve-inch with Toronto’s Holy Fuck, where each band will take on a track by the other.

Foals front-man Yannis Philippakis said the Oxford band would be covering "Super Inuit” — the opening track from the Holy Fuck’s album LP — while on the flip side Holy Fuck would most likely be reworking "Balloon,” Foals' first single from their self-dissed Antidotes album.

No release date was given for the split release but Foals did recently put out their Gold Gold Gold EP via iTunes.

Here again is the tracklisting for that one:

Gold Gold Gold:

1. "Olympic Airways” (single version)
2. "Dearth”
3. "Gold Gold Gold”
4. "Titan Arum”
5. "Red Socks Pugie” (Henrik Schwarz remix)
6. "Cassius” (Kieran Hebden version)
