FKA twigs is going "back to the drawing board" after 85 of her demos got leaked by a hacker.
In a series of Instagram Stories posted over the weekend, the artist shared that she had been the target of a breach in cyber security, writing, "i got hacked somebody leaked 85 of my demos well done no new music for a while now bye."
The since-disappeared images show a list of demos and rough drafts that have made their way online, as well as a text chain with Sega Bodega, where twigs superimposed the words "back to the drawing board." She ended the series with a photo of her dog and a message to the hacker: "i will find you."
Since last year's excellent CAPRISONGS was classified as a mixtape, the singer-songwriter hasn't released a proper full-length album since 2019's Magdelene.
