Fifty Nutz

As great as it is seeing Canadian bands receive recognition, wouldn't it be more meaningful if originality and not mirroring American counterparts were the basis for merit? Unfortunately this is the case with Fifty Nutz, who are a really good band, but sound exactly like Southern California's Strung Out. It's truly an instance of "I really can't believe it's not butter!" Although Fifty Nutz don't deserve points for artistic merit, The Last Word does sound better than the latest Strung Out release, and that must appeal to someone.
