Back in January, Charlie Cooper, one half of New Orleans experimental electronic duo Telefon Tel Aviv, went missing and was found dead the next day. The tragedy shocked the music community, especially since it was so unexpected. The news came just mere weeks after the band had released their new album, Immolate Yourself.

Now, three months later, electronic artists Fhloston Paradigm have released a two-song EP in memory of Cooper. The two songs - "Charlie Sleeps" and "Fhloston Mission 44" - can be downloaded here.

In March, remaining Telefon Tel Aviv member Joshua Eustis announced that Telefon Tel Aviv would still be booking live shows, with longtime collaborator Fredo Nogueira filling in Cooper's much missed shoes.
