The Famines Do Extensive Canadian Tour

Rowdy Edmonton rock duo the Famines (aka former Vertical Strut Raymond Biesinger and Wolfnote drummer Garrett Kruger), have announced a large Canadian tour for April and May.

Kicking off on April 4 in Lethbridge, the tour will see the band visit Alberta, BC, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, playing cities and small towns alike. The tour winds down with a show in Calgary on May 27.

The band are touring in support of their fantastic double seven-inch, a record that Exclaim! writers Josiah Hughes and Sam Sutherland are big fans of. The Famines are currently prepping their second release, an ambitious one that comes as a cassette tape packaged with a 320-page booklet.
