The Norwegian Christian band known as Extol combines black metal, classic thrash and power metal in a style all their own. They manage to create the perfect blend of beauty and aggression. Fearless in their desire to experiment, they throw in elements of industrial as well as symphonic prog rock, jazz fusion and anything inspiring and invigorating into their interesting musical mix. Rarely does a release this fresh come along and kick you in the head like this one has.
