Toronto rockers Excuses Excuses release their new EP Mind Over Matter tomorrow (September 20), and they're giving us a final preview with a video for the title track.
"Although society has made it a taboo subject, mental illness is something many of us struggle with on a daily basis," frontman Kyle Wilton tells Exclaim! "It is becoming exponentially more important for us all to talk about it. Even though it makes us feel uncomfortable and confused to discuss, people need to know about it, and that is why we made 'Mind Over Matter.'"
The video moves between scenes in a rehearsal space, outdoors, a sleepless night at home, and a self-burial.
