Mary Timony and the rest of Ex Hex are celebrating '80s teen punk flick Ladies and Gentleman, the Fabulous Stains with a scene-replicating video for their Rips single, "Don't Wanna Lose."
Though having a good couple decades on original actress Diane Lane, Timony slides into the skunk-haired role of Corrine Burns pretty well as she and the rest of the band jam out a tune on rooftops and soundstages. And just like the Stains, their punky pop-rock chops toss them on all the latest magazine covers. It's disappointing, though, that Ex Hex didn't bring their gear out to the film's shooting location of Coquitlam, BC's Coquitlam Centre shopping mall.
