Every Time I Die

"It Remembers" (ft. Brendon Urie) (video)

Buffalo, NY hardcore vets Every Time I Die are celebrating the release of their new Low Teens album in the creepiest way possible, having just unveiled a hallucinatory and damaged video behind the record's "It Remembers."

The cut is one of the more groove-oriented pieces in recent ETID history, specializing in chunky distorto-blues riffage, bashed snare skins and spooked-out crooning from Keith Buckley. Tapping into this discomfort, director Brandon Dermer shows us a desert-stranded man reaching out to a mysterious figure to soothe his pain. What follows is a narrative that blurs desolate reality with a toxic fantasy scene.

You can watch the clip, which stars Panic at the Disco frontman Brendon Urie as the Invisible Man-inspired pseudo-saviour, down below. Low Teens is out now through Epitaph.
