Buffalo hardcore blasters Every Time I Die make their grand return this fall with the release of Low Teens, but they're still keeping the heat on the release with pre-release previews. The latest cut to go live is "Glitches," which comes packaged in a new, lion-loaded lyric vid.
The song sits on the more ruthless and rapid spectrum of ETID songs, with whip-crack hardcore beats and six-string savagery fritzing out beneath Keith Buckley's jaded cries. Throughout, he weighs in on church, state and the self, all the while contemplating who masters our realities. Debased, he howls: "I don't know nothin' / I'm not in control."
The video itself slashes the lyrics across the screen, as distorted images of prideful lions and burlesque dancers jiggle in the background.
