Former Thee Silver Mt. Zion member Rebecca Foon is gearing up to release Dalmak, a new LP with her band Esmerine, via Constellation Records on September 3. Now, the group have prepared a new song.
Though hints of Thee Silver Mt. Zion's orchestral rock peek through in "Barn Board Fire," the song has a sound all of its own. Like previous leak "Translator's Clos II," the song has an Eastern feel, which makes sense when you consider that Dalmak was recorded in Istanbul with a group of Turkish musicians.
