As WENN reports, Audi recently unveiled an ad for their 2012 model that seemingly included the recognizable guitar riff from Em's track. When Eminem found out, he immediately issued a cease and desist over the ad.
The offending commercial is available for your inspection below. While the song does sound an awful lot like "Lose Yourself," to us it seems more like an imitation of the song, a practice commonly used to avoid paying royalties.
