Tuneful Toronto indie rock crew the Elwins are set to celebrate their poppy 2012 platter And I Thank You with a string of global dates, in part to support the album's release overseas.
The band's travel plans begin over in Europe next week, with the group heading from Paris out to London. And I Thank You was recently re-released through German label Affairs of the Heart.
North American crowds, meanwhile, will get the chance to check out the group mid-October. The trip finds them hitting Canadian stops between Montreal and Victoria before they dip down into the U.S., but they make their way back into Ontario for a couple of shows at the end of November.

In addition, the Elwins report that once they get back home in November, they'll hit a recording studio to start work on their sophomore album. Few details exist beyond that, but the album is expected to be released mid-2014.
