Merengue star Elvis Crespo is being accused of joining the mile high club - on his own.
According to Miami-Dade County police, a woman is alleging she saw the Grammy Award-winning artist performing a solo sex act on a flight from Houston to Miami, prompting police to question the 37-year-old Puerto Rican singer upon his arrival at Miami International Airport last week.
The woman told police that about 15 minutes after the plane left Houston, Crespo covered himself with a blanket and began to masturbate, then exposed himself, the police report says.
Crespo told police he does not recall the alleged public masturbation. And while no charges have been filed, an investigation continues, the Associated Press reports.
Neither Crespo nor his publicist has commented on the incident.
