Formerly releasing music as a member of Airbird and Ford & Lopatin, among many others, Joel Ford has formed a new project with Neon Indian vocalist Leanne Macomber. The new duo is called Ejecta, and they've just shared their second single.
"Afraid of the Dark" offers up noir-ish synth pop complete with Macomber's hushed vocals, airy synths and a minimal beat. Think of the Italians Do It Better crew if they had a different batch of synthesizers.
