When we reported the imminence of Eels' latest album, End Times, we noted that front-man Oliver Everett was "one hard-working dude." On that note, Everett has announced that the second Eels LP of 2010, and ninth overall, will see release this August.

The new Eels album, titled Tomorrow Morning, will feature 14 as-yet-undisclosed songs, and will complete the trilogy started by 2009's Hombre Lobo and End Times, which saw release in January. Tomorrow Morning will drop August 24, courtesy of Everett's own E Works Records.

In support of the record, Eels will embark on a world tour of Australia, Japan, Europe, Canada, and the U.S., starting in California on August 3. Those tour dates, which include stops in Montreal and Toronto on September 28 and 29, respectively, can be seen on the Eels tour page here.
