After suffering two major cerebral haemorrhages in February 2005 that left him debilitated, Edwyn Collins has announced he will release his sixth solo album in September.
The former front-man for seminal Scottish pop group Orange Juice will release Home Again through the Heavenly label in the UK on September 17. It will be preceded by a single, "You'll Never Know," a week prior. The album was parly recorded before Collins was struck down by his illness and was only just finished.
